We invest in all property classes, including office, retail, multi-family, industrial, healthcare and hotels.

Small and Large Interests

We purchase interests as small as € 5,000 and as large as € 20 million.

Asset Locations

We focus on real estate assets located in the U.S., Canada and major metro centers in Western Europe.

Underlying Property Value

We underwrite investments based upon the value of the underlying property and any liabilities. Specifically, we consider:

• Projected cash flows
• Time to the anticipated liquidation or payout date
• Property dynamics
• Terms of any debt
• Risks inherent in the transaction

Long-Term, Passive Investor

We are not an activist investor or an investor looking to take over funds. We are a principal investor that seeks to invest and hold investment interests until management sells the underlying real estate.
