We have formed a German domiciled acquisition vehicle (Tivoli 1 GmbH & Co Beteiligungs KG) and stand ready to make acquisitions of German closed-end real estate fund interests.
Tivoli aims to build an institutional quality liquidity platform in the German closed-end fund market, replicating the platform that our affiliates pioneered in the United States.
- Superior Client Service. Tivoli is dedicated to providing superior client service, and we pride ourselves on our reputation for excellence. More than 94% of the individuals and companies who sold illiquid investments to our U.S. affiliate in 2007 said that they would do business with us again.
- Readily Available Pricing. Tivoli is actively underwriting a number of German closed-end real estate funds, so pricing is readily available to sellers of interests in these funds.
- Pricing on Demand. Upon request, Tivoli is willing to provide pricing for funds that it has not yet evaluated.
- A Decade of Experience. Tivoli and its affiliates have over ten years of industry-leading experience evaluating real estate and closed-end funds, and providing liquidity to investors in such funds.
- Committed Capital. Tivoli intends to invest more than €100 million in German closed-end real estate interests.
