Tivoli¹ is an alternative investment firm that focuses on illiquid real estate investment opportunities in Europe. We concentrate on investments that are not easily bought and sold, and seek to provide a liquidity solution to the holders of these investments. Since 1996, Tivoli and its affiliates have invested approximately €725 million in capital through approximately 60,000 individual purchase transactions in a variety of illiquid financial instruments, including significant investment in U.S. limited partnerships and non-traded Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), which are similar to closed-end real estate funds.
